Yes — we can send loan samples across the range, on request (many customers are happy choosing online). The best order is quote first, then if the numbers look right, request samples — there’s no point choosing colours for something that’s over budget
The exception is shutters — if you’re proceeding with a check measure, the consultant will bring shutter samples and colour options with them
